Hailing from Germany, Cognigy had built a strong foundation in their region, and next set their sights on the US market. This required a more considered approach to their brand storytelling that shifted their message away from technical features towards compelling customer benefits.

Cognigy went on to announce their Series B and continued push for growth internationally, powering up contact centers and service organizations - everywhere.
