Brand positioning and identity for a real-time audio accent translation app that facilitates cross-boundary communication, starting with call centres.


Sanas is changing the way people can represent themselves with their voice through real time accent translation. Starting in call-centers, with the potential to help the 20M people in that industry, Sanas’s potential goes far beyond that: When we can communicate and understand each other we can achieve greatness.


We partnered with Sanas to build a brand that would ‘awe’ consumers just as much as their groundbreaking technology. To do so, we positioned Sanas as the audiotech magic to give people the power to sound however they want, and gives the innovative companies that are looking to create what feels like impossibly perfect customer/communication experiences. 

For the identity, we created a bold, iconic system with simple, black and white system and dynamic animations showing sound waves to depict how the Sanas technology provides people the power to be understood.


Sanas just launched with a bang and have announced $32m in Series A from a range of top tier VCs - including Insight Partners, GV, General Catalyst and more - to use the power of effortless real-time accent translation to break barriers one conversation at a time.
